The song we played this time is In My Life by The Beatles.
The song is on the B side of their 1965 album Rubber Soul.
This time I played guitar, bass and drums.
Vocal P CoGattney overdubbed the main vocal part. This is to resemble their original album “double-tracked vocal”.
The Beetle of this era actually sang several times to create a layer of songs. And, due to the effect, the vocal was made thick.
ADT has not yet been used in Beetle recordings of this era. It starts from the next album.
The piano performance of the solo part is by George Martin, which sounds like a harpsichord, but is actually a piano performance.
This is a change in sound caused by recording at a slow tape speed and then reproducing at a normal speed.
However, this time we used a normal harpsichord sound source.
